Capital Campaigns Process |

It is the responsibility of the Diocesan Director of Development is to offer assistance to the parish as it plans, organizes and executes a successful capital campaign.
Specific services include:
- Drafting a campaign plan, which includes an organizational chart, job descriptions and a timetable.
- Conduct campaign training sessions for captains (volunteer supervisors) and builders (volunteers).
- Attend meetings of campaign cabinet, as needed.
- Meet and work with publicity committee as they carry out their four primary responsibilities: development of brochure, pledge card, builder's kit and weekly promotional schedule.
- Provide examples of materials, as needed.
- Work with campaign cabinet on reviewing parishioners for inclusion in the advance phase of the campaign.
- Provide other assistance as needed.
