Leadership Giving

 1 Timothy 6:6-7, 17-19: “But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it…Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us for our enjoyment.”

Leadership gifts are significant, intentional commitments of $10,000 or more to the work of the Diocese and its future. Donors who contribute $10,000 or more in a year become part of the Bishops' Circle.

With more than 300,000 Catholics in the 46 counties of Western North Carolina, the need for religious guidance, education, and social services continues to grow. The diocesan ministries that are a primary focus of our Leadership Giving include Vocations/Clergy, Hispanic Ministry, Catholic Social Services, and Catholic Schools.

Gifts of stock and planned gifts are two great ways to help, and the Diocese’s Development Office works as a team to help integrate giving with an overall plan for all donors.
